Top Shelf Spares Return Policy

Top Shelf Spares will only offer returns for defective/damaged items or if we have sent out a wrong item. If customer no longer requires the item purchased it can be returned only if it has not been opened or installed. Any returned items that are no longer required by the customer will incur a restocking fee of $10 or 20% of the price of the item which ever is greater. Return postage is paid by customer.

Top Shelf Spares must be notified by email of damaged/defective items within 2 working days of taking the delivery. Any damage claims must be supported with photographic evidence of the item and the packaging.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to pack the item adequately to prevent any damage during the return.
